We source our potatoes from regions where cool nights ensure they grow slowly and denser, resulting in a less starchy, better fry (in our opinion). They’re never frozen and never pre-cut. Sure, it’s a more difficult process and costs a bit more, but it’s worth it.
Peanut Oil
Refined peanut oil is great for fries because it’s nonhydrogenated, rich in monounsaturated fats, and has a high heat point—making it a healthier choice that also cooks food well! And we only use peanut oil to cook our fries.
